Thinking about selling the Expert-X from my sled. It's a 144 model and can be used with a 144-156 depending on setback and if you flip the rear axle. It's got a 9" PE big wheel axle and two 9" Avid billet wheels. It also has the Excell rail/swingarm braces. Shocks were rebuilt less than 500 miles ago by Jeff Miller. It has hiperfax which are still in good shape. The right rail tip is bent out a hair (about 1/8") from tearing my track last year and the swingarms each have a small nick in them from a hitting a tunnel brace. If you powdercoated the swingarms again you would never see the rub marks. You can adjust weight transfer, ride height, and shock preload in just a couple minutes. and I can guarantee you will not bend it. These skids are bulletproof. They also get on top of the snow extremely well(those who've ridden with me can testify to that). I have another project I want to start which is my only reason for selling.
Open to offers but I'm not desperate. They don't make them anymore and most used ones go for $900-1,400 depending on axle setup/shock condition/overall condition. I also have quite a few extra parts to go with it. The entire thing is powdercoated "city lights" but could easily be recoated.
Photo of it installed in my sled
and an older pic(powdercoating has changed since this was taken)
