Anyone have an '09 steering post for sale?

I know that this probably belongs in the swap section, but I havn't seen any for sale there so I thought I would post here.

I'm looking for an '09 m-series telescoping steering post for my '07 M1k.

Anyone have one they want to sell? How much?

I'd look at all the broken steering post threads before you make the swap.

they break easily, they're sloppier than a groupie for the NY jets, and they're heavier than nearly every other option than a hunk of lead attached to your handlebars.

Oh, mine's not really for sale, I'm WAY too lazy to pull it off now that it's been sliced in half & welded properly.

Hopefully it will break again so I can have a good excuse to put a good post on.

mines a regular post and its been chopped and welded with some inner strength as well.

I don't like it that much, WAY too sloppy for my taste. I recently bought a used m1000 fixed post here in the swapmeet forum for $35 delivered. Now I'm trying to figure out if I should get an Ole 15 degree 3" riser or regular 3" powermadd riser that is 1/2 the cost. Does a tapered riser make that much difference?

I bought the power mod and cut the angle I wanted.
