Anyone have a 2-up seat on a XP?

I have a 7 yo boy with autisim, he loves to ride but next season he will be too big to ride in front of me. I have see the add on 2-up seat for the XP on the website. anybody have any feed back? I would rather upgrade my sled rather than replacing my wife's mtn cat with a donk 2-up machine!

I have a two up seat in the garage from a long gone XLT. You could ghetto it onto an XP

I met someone who had one on this season, it seemed to work well, and it came off quickly if the passanger was not coming along for the day, he had no complaints except for the price tag.

I put the add on seat(I think it's called 1+1 seat) on the wife's 06 (non "X")summit, It comes off and on quickly and easily. It puts the rear rider up pretty high so they can see well. I bought the seat used on E-bay without the mount kit for 190.00. The mount kit from the dealer was $100.00. I had been hearing the kit was 180.00, so I was pretty happy with the price. Mount installation was pretty straight foreward with just some trimming of the plastic trunk behind the seat. Sometimes we ride someone out to ski, then take the seat off, stash it behind a tree, go ride solo, come back put the seat back on and ride them back out in comfort. We love it.

My friend has an 08 Summit 146 with a 1+1 add on seat on it, works great, pops off in seconds. I Love it when we go to the mountains and poeple watch as a machine with 2 poeple, a 5 gallan can of gas and huge packsack strapped on the back wheelie the whole way up the hill lol.
