Any word on building (BOOST) sleds?…

You know who needs a serious ass chewing?..... Old Man Winter......

Doesn't matter if I have sleds to ride if there is no snow..... I don't care about supply chain issues or EXCUSES.... I snowchecked a BOOST for God's sake...... don't tell me Old Man Winter didn't get the memo..... this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.... someone should get fired.... if you aren't outraged, you aren't paying attention..... where is my WAMBULANCE?.....I need my WAMBULANCE?!

 
Anyone get an snowcheck status update email from Polaris yet? From the dealer email a few days ago it sounded like customers would get an email today 12/13…

Nothing for me yet. I received the November shipment email at 4pm so expecting the same thing. I would expect them to hit us with another delaying email at happy hour again. I'm going to try to be positive, grateful to have the opportunity to worry about a new snowmobile.
 
Just email Polaris with you’re name order number and dealer I had a reply in a few minutes then a phone call a few hours later
Khaos boosts are pushed back to sometime in January it appears that anyone who had the dec 15 ship dates are now either slated for delivery before January 1st or sometime in January.
 
Just got the email from polaris moving my date to ship by Dec.31. doesnt sound too promising, they are giving the option to cancel your snowcheck and get your deposit back. I might go that route .
 
Since you last heard from us, we’ve continued to work tirelessly to get you your snowmobile as soon as possible. We understand that you want nothing more than to be out enjoying the winter weather on your new sled. And believe us, we want that just as bad as you do.

Unfortunately, due to continued delays in component parts your snowmobile has been delayed and is now expected to ship by Dec 31st. We understand this is not ideal, nor what we desired, but we wanted to provide as much notice as possible. You do have a few options for your SnowCheck order.

You can keep your SnowCheck order, and wait for it to arrive at your dealer as normal.
You can cancel your SnowCheck order, and be reimbursed for your deposit from your dealer.
You can cancel your SnowCheck order and instead select a unit in inventory at your dealer, and still receive the full SnowCheck program benefits including financing and warranty.

Please contact your dealer if you decide to cancel your order or want to explore converting into existing inventory.

We will continue to provide updates in the coming months as the build schedule and component availability evolves and we will send you an email notification when your sled ships.

Thank you for being patient and understanding the situation that we are all in right now. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your unwavering passion and loyalty as a SnowCheck customer as we navigate through these unprecedented times together.

I’m in the ship by dec 31 group as well but supposedly according to the specialist I just got off the phone with it is set to ship the 15, so we will see what happens. 165” blacked out boost to Ashton ID

What number did you call? I just called customer service (800) 765-2747 and got the deer in the headlight conversation.

Just got the call fellers! 165 boost rooster is at my dealer in Central MN! EGT probe just showed up on the ups truck today. Should beable to pickup this weekend! Gonna be some sleepless nights this week! Wife already named it the black mistress cause she figures I will be spending more time with it then her?.

Yea that number, navigate the phone menus and it depends on who you get to talk to some are more motivated to give you details than others can’t explain it just have had mixed results with info received from the specialists first time it was vague with the by dec 15 line and now she was very specific scheduled to ship on the 15th so we will see

Trust me guys we’re still getting best case scenarios some of us will receive our snow checks by the new ship dates but many will not. My guess is many of us will not even receive a sled this year and there will be more emails to come with more unforeseen delays.
When the November emails came out a couple weeks later it was pretty obvious most of the sleds slated for December 15th weren’t going to make it their just weren’t enough sleds showing up and being shipped to make it Polaris just chose to let us know later rather then sooner.
 
I logged into the Polaris website and used the contact us link.
Asked for a more specific date on my sled, with order number and dealer info.

They just called me and all they would say is that there has been a slight shift in the shipping date and it is between 12/16 and 12/31.

That is as close as they would give me.

So hopefully it isn't another email on the 29th saying that it is delayed again
