Just curious why do you say this?? My Dad ran for them when he was in his 20's in MT before he became a OO

Well maybe it's different now but back then they were taking allot of the help from other areas and putting them into the north country. I asked the pops about it and he said very few of them had 20 years driving most had been behind the wheel 5-10years.

I agree still out of reach for the new guys on the block unless you have some good contacts.
