Picked up my Cougars sled last night, a 2010 600 RMK 155". This is her first new sled, so we set it up with a few comfort items to keep her happy...which will keep me happy; Electric start, Windshield bag, Rear close off bag, Taller windshield, Skid plate, Slidekicks scratchers, and a Muffpot for the all important munchies. Future additions; Mountain Addiction gas cans, Better Boards, Pipe & Can, SLP Airhorn

Looks good, I wish I could have gotted my Dragon in blue. Wanna trade hoods & panels?

Thanks I'LL WIN, but I don't think my wife would appreciate me trading off her sled parts. I'm an "old guy" to, and there's a reason I made it this far!

Have you went over the factory assembly to look for problem areas yet on your Dragon? On my 07 Dragon, the black caulking in the front fender wells was a mess and the foam around the headlight wasn't even close to sealing out the snow from the airbox. I see Polaris has improved its quality control on the assembly process, heck this is the first sled that the gas cap actually is facing the right way when screwed on tight! They also added a plug over the headlight adjustment wheel to help keep out snow injestion into the airbox. The one minor airbox issue that hasn't been fixed in 4 years is the moisture weep hole on the hood air chamber. It will drip moisture directly onto the exhaust valve causing the spring to rust out and fail (the 2 holes line up perfectly).

Now all we need is some ridable snow :beer;:beer;

No problem on not trading, I just spent a lot of hours removing foam putting on refective tape and rerouting wiring in anticipation of my SLP exhaust. Also removed a lot of stickers, and looked over my intake for leaks.

Mine was sealed up fairly well around the headlight but there were a lot of other gaps where the foam was not lined up right or there just wasn't any where there should have been some. I think I got it sealed up pretty good but have to take it it apart again when my SLP intake and pipe come in this week. I'll try and get pics later to show where I found leaks and how I sealed them up.

I'll have to look into the intake drip hole, thanks for the heads up.

Matt

Just picked up my '10 M8 SnoPro Limited Edition in Upper Michigan. From the looks of it I am not the only one that bought one. Still waiting for the wife to pick one out...She still wont let me mod any of hers again:rolleyes:
