Any Boondocker Turbo Pro's around here?

Anyone around here a master of boondocker here. Got a issue with my sled and I cant figure it out. =( Pops and back fires as soon as I try to give it some throttle. Everythign is set the way the books say. GRRRR

you need to set up the sled then it will work trust me u play long enough with them you learn alot pm subman he is knowledgeable about polaris and turbos and the booni box fuel controller your runnin he is runnin the same setup on a cat with the ebc its popin its probably a lean pop you have to set the box set then the ebc works with it i run an ovs tial on a kitty kat

I let you ride it one time you come back with a woody dont be a turbo hater mike went pump gas mark went pump on his 2011 sweet sled i went with the tial upgrade setup external wastegate and overhauled the topend waiting on a 2010 pipe to come in that i need to get welded then ive got to replace the rear half with a ve bumper reseal the dd and then im ready ill be done at the end of the week hope you liked my looooooooooooooong sentence

I've got mine ordered for my 2011 pro. Got one Question being my first turbo. How easy is it to change from pump boost to race gas boost? Is it a matter of just changing settings on the computer or is it more involved of changing weights in the clutch etc.

the right way is to reclutch if your set for pump trhen crank the boost up with lighter weights you run the risk of over revving but if you have the ebc the way i understand it you can set your sled up at 4lbs in the snowpark and make the boost go up on its own as you go up in altitude.But i do have to say if i didnt understand the booni kit i woukd not hesitate to go talk to kevin he really is a nice guy and willing to help a fellow sledder.Oh you might want to pm subman he is running one on a cat but used to have a dragon he backfired his poo and blew the reeds right out of the sled leaving the parking lot new reeds and poof he learned the hard way he knows more than most

I have a wideband and tuning tools if you want to get it tuned without taking it into a shop. Sounds to me like a possible intake leak causing a super lean condition on accel. Do you have a 02 for the kit? What are you using to monitor the engine?
