Amount of times sledding this year? up or down?????

Utah has been horrible for snow: low amounts and avy danger high along with sled damage factor up there.
Only have been twice one powder day and other trail ride.

I'm up 1500 km last year I've put 1000 on the sled this year i will be over 2000 by the end of season gotta le that west coast snow!

I've been up 2 times total of probably 30 miles. The first trip was completely f'd from the beginning. Made it 3 miles up the road and breakdown. 2nd trip was better, put on maybe 25 miles. The snow hasn't been great and I'm in the middle of moving so hopefully March gets better.

By this time last year I had already ridden 10 days and 318 miles... This year I am only at 7 days and 263 miles... I think it's gonna be a low mileage year with the crappy conditions we are having Not a hugely significant difference, but definitely not as nice as years past.

I average about 2000 miles a year here out in California. Have over 8k on my m7 from winter of 2006/2007 until last winter. Have about 1000 miles on my 1990 phazer mod during that time as well. This season 200 miles on my phazer and 100 miles on my 2012 proclimb ( 80 of those in Idaho early season. 1 ride on the pro-climb in California :[) By far the worst season in the Sierras of my lifetime!

Havnt even taken the sled around the house this year worst year in my whole life which is only 16 years but still! ha we havnt even had over 10" total yet this year!

We have already had grass fires here last week. Normally starts in late April.
Were going to burn this spring. Going to up the insurance.
There's be more than one year I have put on 5000+ miles on in one season here in MN, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ontario, Quebec. This year here? 0.
We were in Cooke City Christmas thru New Years and it was pretty dang good. Going back next week!

Rides in this year

Went once up by Hurley Wi, and got about a hundred miles on. This winter has been terrible this area. Heading out west next week, even if conditions are not that great out there it will be better than nothing.

Have gotten out once so far in northwest Iowa so far, maybe had a total of 10 inches fall so far this year with warm temps melting everything it has been very bad

New to snowmobiling, started last Jan which was a great snow year in the NW. Was stoked for another one. Had 8 days in Nov, 2 in Dec, 6 in Jan and now 4 in Feb so far. About 600 miles total. It is dumping now. Should get really good for a while, we will see. I hope to be sledding right through May, just like last year.
