Ak-47?

I heard a rumor that some employees here at work get together once a year and build them. True or not I'm not sure but we do have and advance munition group.

Ever the watch Tales of the Gun on the History channel for the AK-47? Talked about a group of guys who left an Ak-47 in a locker for God knows how long in the humidity of Vietnam, kicked the bolt open and it fired like it was brand new.
Amazing gun IMO, definately a spray and pray weapon, but that is what it was designed to do. That's also why the special forces used them instead of the M-16 (at the time), always reliable.

I own a few and have built a few others just as a hobby.
They are extremely reliable but as was stated by Nate earlier, Not very accurate past 100 yds or so.
Here's a couple of mine...
Polish Underfolder worth @ $700
An Unfinished Tactical version worth maybe $575 after I complete it
Romanian Sidefolder worth about $500
It all depends on how much you want to spend and what you can find.
What kind of Rims were you trying to trade off?
