Anybody know how long it is taking to get a set of air frames? I know there has been some people that have been waiting awhile.

Thanks

Search a little further down, maybe even on the next page and there is a thread regarding this topic. Most are looking at late november delivery, there are stories of people ordering in June and still not having theres yet so who knows...

i had a couple customers call bc they had waited for a few months. they said they were supposed to ship end of november/first part of december.

Feethookers are currently in stock though :)

I ordered a bumper from them about 6 Weeks ago, still hasn't shipped so I emailed them last week. They said that if you ordered right now, it's probably going to be at least 3 months... Great Product, poor service.

Wow. Glad I'm not the one swallowing that buisness decision. I would think that Airframes for the Pro is absolutely their bread winner right now. Still holding out for a set, but I guess my fat @ss is gonna have to go with better boards and bars. Don't wanna play a waiting game on $1200 tunnel. If I dont like the BB's they are always a prime candidate to be removed and sold if I decide to switch to skinz.

For their sake, and us as riders, I hope they can get something figured out and find atleast a decent line between quality and demand.

I don't know that I quite agree with that statement...to me it speaks amazingly to them as a company. They are not willing to sacrifice quality for quantity on a product that they know they have already sold. And then to top that off they didn't bs you at all. They didn't keep you on the hook wondering. It's gotta be tough to tell a customer who's buisness is your livelihood that your too backed up to handle their order right away. Could be just me but personal integrity just speaks loads to me.

And yes my airframes have been on back order since June. If I have to ride with stock boards till their ready o well. It the boards I want so I'll wait rather than do it twice. They are the best stock boards I've been on already.

I partially agree with you. I ordered my boards August 1st and was told to expect them September 1st. Then i called back mid september and was given another date. now its already novemeber and still no boards. Ive been really patient with them because i know im getting a good quality product, and i agree with you i also respect that they have integrity to not lower their quality in order to fill demand. Although i was told september 1st and its now 2 months after that and still nothing. I feel when i order i should be able to recieve a time line that is accurate within a couple weeks. If they arent going to get to me until february, thats fine, i just want to know accurately when im going to get them.

I agree completely with the frustration in that. I was told they were back ordered and couldn't be given an accurate date. I would be a little miffed if that had been the case.

I got mine ordered in July and just got them last month. Hopefully they start getting everyone's products out quickly the snow is going to start falling

There is quite a bit of built up demand for Airframes. It doesn't look like they are going to get ahead of this any time soon. I had a set ordered for another brand sled and I just switched to Better Boards. Looking at switching out the Pro to Diamond S. It would be nice if Diamond S had a better web site with prices posted. Gotta give them a call to get details on titanium boards for the Pro.

I understand the quality issues, and I agree it is key importance. But.... Were talking bending, cutting, welding, not open heart surgery. I know their was talk of them having a hard time hiring good help, and I'm guessing that's the major set back. Could just be a poor area to find a good $10-12/hr. Fab laborer?

$10-$12 an hour? we don't even pay unskilled warehouse works that here. at least a fab/welder has some skills, need to get paid more than that.
