AFTERMARKET PIPES FOR TURBOS

Mike,

Not getting you to give away any design stuff...

But what properties/characteristics are you shooting for with your design.

Do you address the conflicting boost and reversion wave (port closing) pressures and the resultant high-pressure spikes by changing the character of the pipe?

I'm not talking about making a pipe that is more resistant to splitting....but rather how your pipe changes what is happening.... or is this just a "Heavy Duty" version of your NA pipe?

bring this back to life. i wish i knew more about the dynamics of turbo exhaust. i was wondering if it would do much good to pull the dent out of the stock pipe where it goes over the shock mount. seems like a pretty big restriction that wouldnt be hard to rectify. i already mounted my pipe a little higher so i have room to pull it out without hitting the mount
