Installed these in my Assault Switchback this past weekend. They fit great and took all the slop out. These are a great upgrade for any one that is looking.

Are there any sleeves available for the shocks?? I say sleeves as this is what they are called on Polaris parts fiche.

Use a good quality synthetic grease that is compatible with plastic... Like the Red Line CV-2 (most NAPA stores have it)

In my opinion no two moving mating surfaces should ever be assembled dry. A light film of assembly lube or grease is a good practice. They really should do this on the assembly line, even with the modern low friction engineering plastics.
