Aftermarket A-Arm bushings?

B, can you make replacements for the steering shaft ? The stock plastic wears out quick and gives the dreaded "bar slop".

Bparks, i'm looking for delrin "shimming" washers for the A-arms. I don't like those little "spring" washers on the stockers, and now i'm running aftermarket arms, and the spring washers don't fit. Get anything like that?

On my SBA the steering post has a lot of slop up and down. The sled is brand new - 200 miles. Is that something that could be shimmed?

A arm bushings

I was the first to post about this, and find someone that makes them. Super Dave is a great guy, you have to call him about them, he hasn't updated his website. I got my bushings and they work great! They were $69 shipped. I knew these bushings were bad before the 2012 rush came out. I saw more of a problem with the upper controls having play verses the the lower. None the less they come in a set of 16. Give Super Dave a call.

No problem, as long as they used the same size tubing. There is no worry of galvanic corrosion or other problems associated with these bushing materials.

bparks would you be willing to make bushings for switchbacks? They are a different part no. from Polaris than the RMK bushings.

non-mountain sleds use a steel pivot instead?

the bushings are all most the same just the flange is different and the rush/switchback use the same pivot as the pro just a different a arm
