Aftermarket A-Arm bushings?

Does anyone make an aftermarket a-arm bushing for the Pro-Ride chassis?
Like an oil-lite or anything better that the stockers?

I keep my ear to the rail more than most.... and really have not heard of the bushings on the a arms being an issue.

What is it that you are looking to improve over the stockers?

Heck... most of the afermarket mfgs re-use the stock bushings.

Mine are actually fine on my sled with only 200 miles. I'm coming off a Doo where the bushings are similar material and seem to get sloppy pretty fast and I assumed these would be the same way. There are some aftermarket companies that make replacement oil lite bushings for Ski-Doo.
I am going to narrow my front end and figured if there was a better quality bushing available, now would be the time to install. Seeing the billet steering blocks with oil lite bushings advertised on here sparked my curiosity.*

.....

1700 miles on mine and the stockers were really floppy spent 20 bucks for new stockers Tightened it right up.

I was on Dave's sit yesterday and could not find anything for sleds all bushings were for side by sides.

All I can tell you is what was posted, I have not called to verify availability. If one of you do call / order some, please post it up for the rest of us.

770 mi on my 2013 sba and the a arm bushings and ski shock bushings are very sloppy , and throw a lot of dust. My 06 IQ had 3000+ mi with zero slop

bushing

I could make the bushing out of oillite or delrin if any one is interested let me know will work up a price in next day or two if there is a demand for them. I have been making bushings for cat some time now and think the Polaris one would be an easier set if there is a market for them

I sent you a PM about a year ago about machining them for the Polaris and you never answered. Count me in for about ten sets if they are at a comparable price point to your Cat bushings.

I would take a set.

My 13 sba is sloppy too. Pro has some also. I'll take two sets if you make them. How about work on a better ski to spindle rubber so the ski doesn't collapse. Lol :face-icon-small-ton

If bparks makes derlin bushings.... I WILL have a set for sure...

Bushings

I can make the Pro bushings out of Delrin for $75 a set shipped. I am working on pricing the oillite and finding a supplier. I can make them, I just don't know where I'll be on pricing yet. I'll update as soon as I find a reasonably priced supplier.

I take a set in Delrin also, tough stuff last longer than the sled.

If you are going to make them...make them with the best material..use a "super bushing" material like MDS Filled Nylon, Delrin-AF or Kevlar Nylon.

Easy to machine... and holds dimension very well.

As a bushing material... far superior to normal Delrin.

Also, the pivot shaft bolted to the bulkhead that the a-arms pivot on is anodized aluminum... not sure it will hold up to oillite for too long. (diff than the doo)

bushing

i have always used delrin af I am not new to this I have been making delrin bushings for almost 10 years now I know what work I would not run oillite because it wears out other things but if someone wants them I will make them for them
