I forgot about A/M coming up....I sold my motorhome this fall when the gas prices were $4+ a gallon. The old V10 didn't look so good getting 5-6mpg then
Spoke to some of Howies helpers today! Said Howie is having a hard time with sponsor money, nothing concrete as of now. He does not want to part with any of the parking money (80,000+) to help the event. He would rather not even hold the event if its going to come out of his pocket. GCI bailed cause Howie pissed them off last year (he is a real DICK) no wonder he has no sponsors.

I dont think ANY of you guy really know Howie. That man has screwed more people than you can believe......I had a friend who wanted to sell his products at the event, Howie wanted 50% of the profits!!!!! WTF he acts as if its his land.

Howie, john,and his whole family are good people. Yes, i know them and they have done alot for the fairbanks community and the riding community in general. He is trying to provide an event for the masses with limited help and backing. If it wasnt for him we wouldnt even have this event so i say quit b!tch!n and enjoy it as long as you can. Getting on here and talking sh!t about him or the event isnt doing anything positive for the sport. Give me all the negative dots or reports you want mr unknown, cause i really dont care either. BTW, have a great day.

I might have bad news for those who like to party and dance in the beer tent to Kens' Peltier band..... He's the lead singer, and he's got a throat cancer. I just saw a poster in Carrs in Palmer, they have a fund raiser for him and his family. So if you like him, like to dance or just want to support him, come to Mat-Su Resort in Wasilla on 2/8 from noon till 10pm. They will have an auction, Hobo Jim and other guests playing and it should be lots of fun. If you just want to support him, they have an account set at Alaska USA # 1437462.
