Thanks, there's more than enough discussion on that plug.

Looking for info on the AC plug above the clutch cover.

Yea... don't use the DC Power TEST plug at the clutch cover...That is connected to the ECU and is intended for INPUT power for ECU testing.
(Regardless of what ANY aftermarket company will tell you)

The AC plug will be the same voltage as the headlights and will vary a bit from approx 12-16 volts. (AC of course)

Thanks Mh ,Ya don't wanna turn this thread into a conversation about the dc plug.

Anyone know how many amps are available at the ac plug? ( using a rectifier ac to dc).

How, exactly do you have the rectifier hooked up?

Plug and play mtntk rectifier, plugged in above the clutch cover.

Putting multi meter to ac plug last night only saw 2v...

Thinking there's an ac power issue?

Goin to check the ac plug at the handle bars tonight.

do you have headlights? are they working?

Headlight delete with 2 55 watt bulbs. And they were barely barely lit. Havnt ran it long enough to see if the hand warmers are working.
Which makes me think ac power issue.

What else run on the AC side?

And what is the fix? New stator?

AC test plug is there for a stator power test. Can you drop another stator on it from a different sled and test again?
