A arms do the +3 Make that much difference

Ummm....if you hit a rock or a tree SOMETHING is going to break. I prefer it to be the arms and not my entire subframe but that is just my opinion.

I would rather be able to drive out with a bent sub frame and finish my trip rather, then looking for a new set of a arms?

Twice I have rode out with very bent Barkbuster arms. Once I bent them back at the truck with a huge bar and went riding more...lol. But to each his own.

A different approach...

The Polaris Pro front suspension is widely considered to have the best geometry in a front suspension on a sled. Hence, that is why we incorporate this same front suspension on our custom chassis.

We use the Z Broz arms and spindles with Raptor shocks, on 38" spindle centres.

The Polaris Pro suspension introduced the 3" forward concept.

..the hundred dollar question

DMC,

As this is the first Nyt-Pro we have built, and it isn't finished yet, ..I can only speculate.

Our 4130 Tube chassis are definately a lot lighter than a stock chassis. Albeit, it has never been our intent to build a 450lb light weight. Keep in mind that we designed this chassis to fit a 174x16x3 track with a reputable and strong rear skid, a Boosted four stroke engine utilizing water to air intercooling, ..etc. If we can come in around 500lbs dry, great.

I think our first trip is going to be between christmas and new years.. will have to stop by forsure, cant wait to see these new sleds all done. I know they will look way better in person!
