Phazers can be very picky when it comes to air screw adjustment. As much as 1/2 a turn can create a bog. My advice- screw the air screws all the way in (counting turns so you know where you started), and then back them out 1 1/2 turns. Start the sled, making sure engine is nice and warm, and see how it responds. Back air screws out about a 1/2 a turn, paying attention to how the sled reacts. Once you start seeing results, try it in 1/4 turn increments. Now this isn't a cure-all for every sled... but I have had piped and modded phazers that ran right on the edge, and a 1/4 turn of the screw made all the difference in the world....
With a pipe, you wanna run 100 pilots. With the stocker, I believe that Yami installed 70's...
Stock phazer jetting was 143.8. I used to consistantly run two jet sizes leaner with good results. All of my riding has been from sea-level to 3000', so at your elevation I think that 135's would be a good starting point, possibly even 132's, and monitor engine condition from there......
I've got a Bender single pipe for that chassis if you are interested.
