910 with CPI twin

I am pretty excited to get back on the snow. Shouldn't take to long to get the twins dialed in and rockin. I think with a little more tuning I can find a couple more horses also. Was only able to ride it twice before the snow was gone with the twins but it sure was fun.

Kcj, at the end of the day what did you have to spend to get it to this state of tune? Are those numbers at sea level or adjusted for altitude?
Thanks

End of the day I clicked my heels three time and said there is nothing better than a par 910 with twins! ;)

I would have to call the dyno guy they are at 4500' but not sure if the dyno is set for their elevation or calibrated for sea level. Even 182 horses at sea level is pretty good.

Just curious, will share how much u got into the 910 with the twins?

I'm guessing around $8-9,000. Figure the 910 sold for around $6k if I remember right and then the Vipec was $2k. The single CPI was around $700.

I was looking at this setup also, seemed like a nice engine and the people who got them running on the Vipec loved them.

Correct me if I'm wrong on prices

Lol, to much money!!!!

5800 for motor
2200 for vipec
750 for chromed single and can
850 for twins chromed

Then timbersled rear switched to a k mod rear
Z bros with exit front switched to a cmx front with raptors,

I love the bumper, it's a tcp bumper and running trough trees and willows it sure holds up

Very nice!! I love the look of custom welded pipes. They seem to fit nice also.

I was wondering how you fit twins in a pro, now I know:rockon:

Where you able to use the map that was supplied with the Vipec? I find it pretty cheesy that if you need extra support from them they charge you for it?

On the vipec, I have spent a lot of time learning the software, so I am making my own mapping. I added 15 percent of fuel to the whole map (highlight map and x15%) and then had to do a little tweaking here and there. I have maybe :45 seconds so far on tuning the twins. That why I was saying when it snows again I will probably find a couple more ponies

Mike at CPI is awesome. He is the one that came up with those pipes. The first time I saw them, they were built for a par 1100. He said he had to adjust for the 910 but wasn't to bad. He got them pretty close to perfect on the first try. My peak horsepower is at 8250.
