Yes, in every case and every snow condition, the one in our group sure does.
It is a 06 159 w/ slp pipe though.
I think even if it where bone stock it would.

my 900 is a 05 151 2.4
and there is 2 xp 154 the 900 out does it every time but It not stock .
my rev 144 is a lot quicker then the xp and climbs just about the same . this may help you out.
the bad thing about the 900 is you are stuck 200 ft higher than the xp and you are on your own .

I don't get it. Lots of people say the 900 can't even beat an M7, 800 Doo, the King Cat, etc., but then you come to the polaris forum and the 900 beats up on all the sleds??? Talk about confuse a person, it's a good thing I take it all with a grain of salt and get a good chuckle out of it. I've yet to ride the 900, hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend. I'm still on the old edge 800. I've had a fair amount of seet time on the 700 dragon and dig the IQ chassis.

I've never ran with an XP, but last weekend I climbed with a few sleds. Snow was setup fairly well and it was mostly a drag race up the hill.
I could completely eat up an '03 Escape 159", no problem. An '03 800 Summit 144", like he was standing still, '03 900 159" Cat.... I could Edge past him fairly well.
My 900 is "only" a 151" track too. I have a couple of mods, but nothing that I would think would make a huge difference compared to stock.

I ride a 05 900 with pipe/air box all the extra **** most guys have on their 900. A buddy has 07summit 800 and we're close. mine is 159 his is 151x16 we both weigh 220. So he puts a pipe on his and he can kick my *** hillclimbing in 2 ft powder. I have to use the NOS to even try outdo him. anything older than 07 no problems but the 07 and 08 skidoo 800 are awesome

once again my 900 out does the xp in every aspect . except gitting out of the hole .the xp kicks my *** for three slead length out of the hole . this is only spot that the xp sines in and 900 on with my nos there is no comparson

about 1500.00 pip can reads clutching graeing vents to run with the a well tuned 900
but if the 900 runs nos they cant be beat

so if you think nos will do the job over nos 900 think again
