509 Goggles - Terrible Customer Service!

Not sure if I got a bad pair last year but mine fog real bad and are usually my last pair to come out of the back pack!!!!

Heres the problem.
When you come on a post up with Terrible customer service, it can seriously hurt a guys buisness.

instead, you could have come on here and asked if anyone could get ahold of Tom.

Something like,
I have a problem and am trying to get ahold of him. Can anyone help.
Gives Tom a chance to respond or someone to get ahold of him, without slamming or making accusations.

People have axes to grind. If they see a slam thread, they pile on. The original problem gets lost and then you end up with hard feelings. Now it sounds like you made a good faith effort to get ahold of him outside the forum, you should have just extended that to here.

expect a 22k hit from me for that. that is a much more tactful way to roll.

My wife ordered me a pair of 2009 goggles for Christmas and the lens was scratched in shipping by the strap buckle I'm guessing. She sent an email but due to the holidays no reply yet. Hoping I can return them or get another lens to replace the damaged one. The scratch is right in the line of sight so I haven't had a chance to try them, but they do look cool. Hopefully all will be made well and I can be another positive supporter.

Tom RULES!!! His goggles RULE!!!! He is dedicated to his family also & it WAS the Holiday season...OBTW!
I would say he is doing alright considering the circumstances & the demand from everyone elses response on here.

I own my own business also...I took several FAMILY DAYS off also during this time, my customers were very appreciative & understanding to boot!

One day you wake up & a loved one may not be there to spend this special time of year with. I use to spend every Holiday working (even Christmas day) to not let the customer down & in return you let your family & special one in your life down. Good for you Tom! I think that is why people really find you a stand up guy is these great qualities you do have. I wish I had had that clue at your age.

AND GUESS WHAT EVERYONE!!!! THE BEST PART!!! BLIND PEOPLE LIKE ME CAN WHERE THEM WITH PRESCRIPTION LENSES NOW!!!!! BECAUSE TOM & RX GOGGLES TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!! I WILL HAVE PICS & A POST SOON OF THE SET UP!
