509 Goggles - Terrible Customer Service!

I also vouch that I received an incorrect order from 509. Tried contacting Tom twice with no results. Thankfully I am not very picky so I haven't said anything. Did take a little longer than I expected but rode with them already and they are an awesome product so I am keeping the wrong ones. Very satisfied with the product, not so satisfied with the service.
Tom is a great guy, he upgraded my shipping at no extra cost just so i would have them in time for my trip.
The goggles look great and work awesome. Only had one time they fogged up on me and it was my fault.
Only one disappointment with them, i ordered and extra set of lenses blue mirror, with blue tint, they came with a lil scratch in them. But didnt affect my vision at all so i just wore them anyways. Rode with them one day and they look like i have been wearing them for a hole season, many scratches. They scratched very easily and they didnt get thrown around... the original lenses i have 2 days of riding in the same spots without being thrown around and they look good as new.
Anybody else have problems with their lenses scratching easily?

ya know when a guy with some history posts his expierience it is real easy to look back and see.... is this guy a chronic whiner or a stand up guy who got screwed. a guy rolls in and puts a BS post for his maiden voyage.....unreal.
I suppose if you deal with enough folks there will be some problems. I feel for anyone that gets hosed on any deal, we have all been there and if not will be. but to register on a forum just to bash a vendor is crap.

Gentlemen the name of the game here is customer service we all understand mistakes are made. The key here is the lack of communication to the customer, weeks with out any email or phone contact is unacceptable. There is no excuse for bad customer service.

Like I mentioned before, I am very confident you received chrome/yellow and not plain yellow. That is what the factory installs in all the goggles. Feel free to send them back for me to check. If they are in fact plain yellow I'll send you 10 free chrome yellow lenses.
Sorry I messed up your order. I did double check and you did order Skull Camo and not snow camo. Simple oversight, however we shipped what the order listed. Here is a copy of your order contents (please double check your order confirmation email)....

The mistake was that we mistakenly shipped one each of your accessories and not two, our fault. I will correct that. PM me if you would like to exchange your skull camo for snow camo, that will be no issue.

I will double check the e-mail confirmation on the skull vs snow camo. We did only recieve one of each of the accessories (1 quick strap, 1 extra lense). The extra lense we recieved is marked on the package as a Orange Tint/Chrome, but it is in fact only orange tint-no chrome. Appears to be mis-labeled.
Sorry for the public outcry....normal means of business were leading to no avail. I happen to be in retail myself and understand at times it can be overwhelming. Not trying to bash your product it appears to be a great product! Just needed some resolve to my issue.

They are chrome. Just like I stated to the guy above, you can't see the chrome finish until the lens is installed and you are wearing them. But rest assured they are chrome. Once you are wearing them, they'll be just like a mirror.
