509 disappointment

Recently purchased Sinisters (which are awesome) from 509 but did not get the complete order. After endless unanswered phone calls and e-mails I'm not sure what to do. Products are top notch, customer service, not so much.

The othe day I was up sledding in Idaho and i was having a problem eith my 509 goggles fitting properly.

I called Tom from 509 films and he drove 85 miles and helped me put them on. I was putting them on upside down. I am partially retarded and Tom realizes this and helps me out when he can.

p.s. I tried putting Vertical Ascent in the toaster and it won't play. Any thoughts?

Did you order the toaster or the microwave dvd? There is a difference. And it was 86.5 miles.
