It was a WICKED SICK good day. Snow was light and fluffy for about an hour, the got heavier and wetter as the day went on. It will be hard as a rock by Saturday if we dont get some fresh tomorrow!

i know its been setting up quick down south....guess ill just keep heading north:cool:, where the snow has not sucked this year:o

Nice! looks like fairview had Great powder yesterday too, We rode tower mtn area and the snow was DEEP, but heavy once it warmed, in fact it almost looked like the snow fell orange at one point in the storm, my guess is dust from Moab drifted all the way north to the uintahs and dumped it here:confused: I think there is 10ft of snow up that way...DEEP. As stated before by Saturday it will be concrete. We parked 400 yards past the parking lot...we usually start parking at this spot by the end of February:eek: Lots of snow up top. I would suggest riding above 10k this weekend if you still want to ride some powder:cool:

Rode up mirror lake highway Friday. Snow was crap. Heavy heavy and not that deep, but I guess you can't hope for fluff in April!

Snow is freakin ghetto up high. Its like powder slush, its weird, and its red! like red sand in it or somethin. Some decent pow up below grandview peak, and in some of the thicker canyons. city creek sucks though.. Not gonna make it tomorrow ron, i blew my first belt finally, put my spair on, blew that one 10 miles later  i think i put it on wrong. haha

I was trying to figure out why my goggles made the snow at Snake Creek look brown yesterday but I guess it wasn't just me. It was totally brown in some areas that were untouched. Must have pulled some dust from somewhere

Yep Weird is what I would sum it up as...pink snow that packed like flower??? very weird like. I had to stop every three miles to de-pack/ice my rear suspension full of this pink weird snow it would get so packed my track would only be running on the rear idler wheels and the front drive shaft...once it got colder the snow got better on top...still great powder on Thursday:D
