No wonder Dan Adams was showing off his new bumper on Instagram yesterday. I thought the shorter tunnel would have been less prone to getting bent like that, unless this was just unintentional early season durability testing.

Maybe the tunnel design should've been shorter and tougher. Time will tell.

Backwoods BMP has one ready. They are probably the strongest option that you can go with. I have had good luck with them.

Supposedly the one bent down was the guys head as he fell off.

The one bent up was wheelie reentry.

The major screwup here is the tunnel extension is not replaceable. I was surprised at how thin it was built plus you have to replace the whole stinking tunnel.
Gonna be a lot of sleds running around with salvage titles and barely bent tunnel extensions.

I'm betting this is just like when the new doo came out in 17 and some guys went out early in low snow conditions and hit rocks and tree stumps. They then got on snowest and said the new chassis is really weak. ??

I broke 2 bulkheads on 17 the chassis was weak that's why they added a brace. That would have saved mine. Dont get me started on that pos
