Here is a counter offer to Hardass. You bring your motor to me personally we will bolt it up to the balance machine you being present. I will run it with the clutch bolted on it and if it doesn't shake like the M1000 in the video parts and labor will be FREE!!! But wait because I don't trust him we will first disassemble the case to see if he didn't have some balance work done. If it with the clutch on the crank shakes like the M1000 before any balancing then he pays me 4000.00 before any work starts.

I didn't agree to anything like that Joe! You have soo many lies floating around in your head, you wouldn't know the truth if it hit you in the face. That big name snowmobile guy you talk about if you remember, wanted to invest in your balancing process. Once he took a look at what you did to the crank, things went bad for you.
As for that crank you got back being in another sled. (More lies) You had that damaged crank on display at the snow show 2 years later. Your previous partner probably got smart and washed his hands of you.
I haven't forgotten anything. It's still fresh in my mind what an A-hole you are.
I didn't demand that Val check the runout of the crank. I demanded that he did the mods needed to install the bearings. Mods that you had no idea needed to be done. Better get your story straight. Better yet just give up!

Wow!!! Mountaincat 800 you truly are a man of your word. 9 years ago we agreed out in the halls of a court house that neither party would discuss any dealing ever again. Maybe you forgot the rest of the story. I purchased another brand new crank and traded you for the balanced crank (which had the ceramic ball bearings) plus I gave you 150.00.
This is why the other big name snowmobile guy came with you that day and may all the other guys read and listen. But first let's talk about the so-called DESTROYED crank. Later on it was put in another 900 cat (a guy from Wyoming) we then took it out in a large field and tested against my previous partners 800 Ski-Doo which was also balanced and my 72 year old dad beat my partner twice by 10 to 15 lengths the partner wouldn't even talk to me after. It was the fastest sled around in 2005.

mountaincat 800 demanded that this big named snowmobile guy check and fix the runout on this crank so I took it to his shop the crank was .002 on both ends but when the problems started is when the guy noticed that the throws on one end were not pressed even together so he thought. I told him it had to come from the factory that way but he insisted on pressing on the crank. Placing it on his fancy 75 ton press and locked the rod sideways. He asked me to leave and come back the next day. He had to disassemble the crank and not having the proper line tooling assembled one throw out of phase 5 degrees.

mountaincat 800 don't you remember falsely accusing me of twisting that throw out of phase and that's what you were going to tell the judge. This is the reason the nice guy showed up because he knew I would bring this information up in the court room and the judge would have thrown the case out but his name was to important. All I did to that crank was run it under the power of a 1 horse power motor and then drilled holes and pressed pins in it. Here is an I.Q. test for three or four other guys but not for mountaincat 800 he already FAILED.

Two questions; 1. Who twisted the crank?
a. the 75 ton press guy
b. the 1 horse power motor guy

2. Which bearing would you rather have on your crank?
a. Ceramic Ball bearing (Class B & 40 % more life)
b. Roller Bearing (Class ? maybe G )

You also failed to mention that I ran that motor for about 30 miles before it started to shake itself apart. That is probably how the crank got twisted out of phase but you would rather blame the big name snowmobile guy.

Sorry. I just really don't want to see anyone else go thru what I went thru.
It was the worst sledding experience of my life. I like the idea of balancing but just not with a guy that doesn't know engines. I kid you not he tried to give me my engine back with the heads on backwards.

I've tested some products that where unconventional on my dime and it paid off. This is a no way without a name behind it.

There is no way ppl are going to buy this until you prove it, hardass would be a really good prospect, he wont just try it and if everything isn't perfect run his mouth. He will actually do everything in his power to prove it does work. Then if it does you wont be able to keep up, thats a guaranty. You have to use someone people will listen too, he would be one that 1000 owners would listen to. for 800's you need someone willing to risk their motor. I wouldn't. If I was going to spend the money I would send everything to a few guys in eagle river or patrick performance. You are an independent and all the independents I've dealt with sent me free product to test and it if you ask them, my straight forward honest opinion was well worth it and they have thanked me for it with true appreciation. It was a one time deal too, I'm not bought off other than I get dealer discount.

Just like if I wanted a job I would work for free, I've never not been hired within the day. Every job I've had I could have back right now because I proved my worth, do the same! its the best entrepreneurial marketing strategy ever!!!!

He has been working at this 10 years or more. Plenty of time to have your product out there to be proven. I have not heard any reputable person back his product to date.
Lots of interest but I believe he burnes every bridge that he crosses. My opinion.
