Some do say it's a deal breaker. Need and want are 2 very different things. I said it's not needed while other features and characteristics are very needed and should be deemed more important. Just putting it in to context is all. Is it a wanted feature by many and good for sales? Absolutley. Does it work well and is it well engineered? Absolutley.
