2023 Snowcheck Reveal

I wonder if the calculator and build site is messed up...

Looks like the 7S is maybe supposed to be an option on the boost now?

The difference between the "starting" and "built" price is only the gauge...

Well ... that was great for the top end of the market but the mid-market got nothing - still same lame carbureted 550 fanner and seven models in the old Pro chassis. The Axys chassis is completely gone but the Pro chassis lives on? What the he*ll? No 200 for the kiddos, no decent small mountain sled for new riders, just a 12 year old out of date chassis with a carbureted engine. Umm... guess Poo will let the other manufacturers capture the new riders. Seems like a dumb move to me but what do I know? I'm sure we all switched brands after growing up on whatever our dads had, right?

They will still sell out which while the new price is absurd - is the point. The interesting thing will be when supply catches demand because 24k is definitely overpriced
Agree! $24k for a Khaos Boost 165 is getting out of control. The Doo seems like a bargain at $4000 less. My buddy works at a Polaris dealership. It will be interesting to see how well they sell with price jump.

I don't see the 900 as exciting or interesting to me. But I ride at elevation and I like the Boost. I would agree, the difference between Doo and Poo isn't that much and I would be happy with either. A polaris boost khoas 155 with 7S and electric start, I show as $23,655. Similar doo freeride turbo with shot lists at $21,199. $2,500 difference. Looks like Doo only does 2 year warranty now. I have had better luck with Poo, so I would stick with it, but only 200 miles on my 2022. So no new order for me.

What else has changed?
any improvements? haven't heard
what is the warranty offered with checking?
seems like the info is not as readily available as years past

Lost me on the 900R when they said race suspension setup (Stiff) and new lightweight crank. Had flashbacks of one of my race sleds. Awesome for racing and hitting jumps, just remember it was a trenching b$tch though. Show Checked 2 Pro Slash 165 2.75 Series 8, velocity shocks kitted out for $25k each. Lightweight crank just gave me flashbacks of the 900 Dragon crank eater. for a 7% HP increase over Liberty 850 vs 10% boost and maintaining the HP at altitude was better at a $2k increase from the 900R just seemed a better fit for us. Figure Polaris will have worked out the kinks in the boost a little better next year. Dealer already called and confirmed they got the allocation for me and a buddy to place in the morning.

Save your money and send your 850 primary and secondary clutch’s to Patrick’s and get them balanced, titanium kit and carbon covers and the rotating mass will be 2 pounds lighter on the NA

I’d be real curious to see the actual weight difference in the 9R and the 850. I’m know the numbers won’t it include the clutches, but…

Claiming the 900 is 1.2lb lighter than the 850 per the snowest article: https://www.snowest.com/2022/02/2023-polaris-rmk-9r-khaos
Some other good info in the article as well.

Anybody want to start a company with me calling people all hours of the day selling and extended sled warranty? Probably profitable the first two years. Maybe not so much after
