2023 Snowcheck Reveal

Burandt with a Instagram hint this AM. Has to be something of importance. If it is a 900 how many 22 Boost going up for sale tomorrow LOL? Fire sale.

Im not a west rider living on the east coast, and i dont feel that much difference between the 800 and 850. I mean is it going to make that big a difference between a 850 and 900?

20 hp is 20hp. If you're at 10000+ feet the hp gets scarce without a turbo, but extra power with minimal weight can be the ticket.

I ride 6000-10000+. I don't really need the extra power at 6000, but at 8-9 I'm changing weights and then I'm still wishing for more snap and pull. It's crazy how much air and power we lose going up. Same sled at 3500' on the lake feels like it's a big bore because it's pulling so much harder.

850 vs 800 is a very noticeable difference in steep, deep snow climbing power IMO. And the changes all ad up. I’ve heard “not that much difference” between:
-Axys and Matryx
-800 and 850
-New tracks vs old tracks
-QD2 vs qd vs chain drive
-new front end vs old front end

I recently spent a weekend on a really nice low-mile 2018 Axys vs the Matryx Khaos alphabet soup I’ve been riding the rest of the year….and it’s a huge difference. Night and day. 2018 is still a great, totally rideable mountain sled, but the deep snow capability and maneuverability have evolved a LOT the last few years, and more power is part of that equation.

Just posted by Chris Burandt:

People ask me all the time why I switched from Cat to Polaris now 13 years ago. The answer has been the same since day 1 when I reached out to them. I wanted to be a part of a company that wanted to listen to its riders and help develop the best mountain sled in the industry.

Short tunneled Boost rocket ships, Factory built 900 Big bores…now what the heck am I going to build…
