2023 859 expert sputtering wot

I’m having issues with my 2023 skidoo 850 expert turbo
it’s spitting and sputtering like crazy as soon as it’s under load and more then 3/4 throttle.
Changed the plugs they were very dark didn’t change my issue, I just pulled the tank fuel pump and the filter sock was relatively clean. Should I change just the inline filter and re-assemble? Is there any chance the pump is faulty? It idles fine and seems okay anything under half throttle…

There is something to do with oil pump or activation switch and it will cut power if over running the pump and may not throw a code. Seems like there was something else that a reflash fixes. Maybe not either but I would ask your dealer.
