2020 Hardcore 165 in shop for nearly 6 weeks now.

I owned a 2019 alpha 165 that sat at a dealer in Edmonton Alberta for 5 weeks to get a water pump impeller replaced I’m not happy with Textron or dealer no parts stocked there for I sold the cat and will never consider another Textron produce poorly ran company from the top down

Cat dealers have to participate in the "no vehicle down" program to get the parts, obviously yours is not.

I have never heard of that. How does this work and are dealerships required to participate??

Program works excellent if the dealer chooses to use it, they submit the form electronically.
Dealer submits a NVD, the factory will pull parts from wherever it needs to get one to them.
If the dealer asks, the factory will send them a list of other dealers who have ordered and received the part.
