2018 cat bike

I rented a fx450 with a 120 yeti on it last weekend in Revelstoke and had an absolute blast on the trail with it. I was passing sleds easily especially in the corners. I was riding with one guy on a sled and their was no way he could keep up. I owned a 2011 timbersled and I couldn't do that on it but the skis have come a long way since then, I was blown away. Now I need to get rid of my sled and get back into the bikes.

they had a cat snow bike sitting in the lineup at West Yellowstone expo, looked the same as all the other camso's running around.
I should have asked about price, maybe it was even on a bar tag.

I spoke with the Cat rep at Jackson this weekend. It is indeed legal restrictions holding up the bike. A lot of red tape involved to get a new type of design 50 state certified as an over snow vehicle, and the tape is harder to cut than they thought. They're hoping maybe in another year...

Haha! Those guys in Florida are real sticklers for the rules!
