Sounds like a mega cab limited is what you need.
Ya, well, I was SOOOO hoping that all those Spy Photos were showing a MEGA CAB configuration.

But there was NO JOY the day they revealed the final truck on that on issue.

Looks like Mega cab has 1.2" more leg room in the rear but 2.3" less leg room in the front.
And ford can handle the bigger hips! Lol.

And those rear seats that slightly recline.
What a joy that would be on the LOOOONG hauls up to Revy in the winter for the guys in the back seat!

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I know you will anyway.

The Lariat is the highest trim package that still legally seats 6 correct? The KR, Limited and Platinum all come with the center stack shifter and a max of 5 seat belts. The Lariat can be offered this way, but is defaulted to the 40-20-40 front bench as original equipment at least on the F150's.

Something to consider if hauling a lot of boy scouts...

You are correct. You can get a lariat with a bench up front.

VERY GOOD POINT.
My current F250 has the 40-20-40 configuration and I had not looked deeply enough into the trim packages to realize it was NOT offered in KR or Platinum!

Can't tell you how many times I have had to SQUEEZE 6 boys into the truck

That is one heck of a DOWNGRADE in total features to go from the KR/Platinum down to the FULLY LOADED Lariet... just to get back that middle front seat. Dang....

I didn't mean to upset you, but didn't want the overall options to gloss over a major hurdle if you expected to seat 6.

I have to have the center tunnel area open so a Lariat is all that I can use for my needs so I will continue to slum in this trim package for my work truck.

School me on rear seat heat.

I will be upgrading to likely a 2017 F150 Lariat this fall when they are available and am interested in installing factory parts from an upper trim level so I can get seat heat in the rear. What models or trim levels did this come on? 702 equip package?

Oh, and I just plucked this from the Inner-web (Channeling the Monkey):
