Nope.
Look at the door. 1999-2016 have a flat door, aluminum bodies have the back corner angled up. Also look at the top of the slider. U can see the rounded corners.

Looks to me like 3 adults should be pretty comfortable back there.

I love the fords room if its anything like my 13 f150 you can have campouts in the back seat a chit ton of room granted im not snowmows 6' 2" or above
