I'm super excited for my new sled! I've been on a boosted Nytro since 08. My plan for the new one is MPI 180 turbo. OFT Spooled Up kit and a Skinz seat. What I am debating on is whether I want to use a head shim or have EVO reflash my ECU. Any though or suggestions would be great.

Why would you want to run a head shim with the 180 kit? It's already pump 91 safe to 6psi. More boost? Cant go wrong with a EVO tune if that's what your after.

Are you upgrading the 180 kit ? I like the idea of the water to air intercooler that BOOST IT and ALPINE use. No need for headshim and make more power per pound of boost.

Yes the OFT spooled up kit is capable of 240 horsepower. It comes with power commander 5 and head shim.

What is this OFT kit that you speak of?

You can Google Oft Racing for the info. It is similar to MPI's . The main difference is it comes with a power commander and larger injectors.

There web site realy doesn't say what's in the kit. If it does I didn't see it.
