looks like another traditional skid design with typical snowmobile based suspension.... I was hoping for something different :face-icon-small-dis I hope its more than a carbon fiber timbersled knock off

It is based off a snowmbile suspension, but the round wheel was invented a long time ago and I don't see anyone complaining when someone comes out with another round wheel. Regardless, it is definitely not a Timbersled knock off. And please don't take this as a knock on the Timbersled Mountain Horse. I've got a 2015 MH in my truck ready to go tomorrow morning.

Oh i think you will be surprised. Its way different. All the sled mfgs have the same skid idea. Its simply because it works and without it the TS or now Yeti kits would not work n the deep snow so well. Its going to be a exciting spring !!

I think the UFO rear end was unique and I think the guys at TS will be using some of that tech in the next gen horses?

I heard from a friends sisters brothers cousins dads step brothers father that they saw some pics and all the cousin could say was holy fawk, wait till this thing hits the market!!!!!

If the drive can get to the rear of the skid, the power transfer would be much more direct to the ground. The HP loss would be much less. 2moto had this idea and it got the power to the ground, too bad it was mostly used to dig down.

Done right, a rear drive would be like adding 20% power to the bike.
