2015 Release... What's coming our way on the 17th?

93% new parts, unrivaled acceleration, and a ride that exceeds expectations. This should be good. :) While It may not effect the MTN segment this yr some of this new technology might get passed on in the near future.

On the video in the link I noticed there is 2 tabs up top that you are currently unable to click. One says "Coming Feb 21st" and the other tab says "Coming Feb 27th"..Maybe more then 1 new sled?

Project Axys - moving on - what's coming March 2nd?

Looks like a full refined rush. Sweet deal. Pro rmk rocks as is. Rush came out in 2010 prormk in 2011. So a new short track for 2015 and long track for 2016 isnt unreasonable.

If that guy is sitting on one its got all new brake/control block. Make the short trackers happy that have been bitching about having a 14 year old one from the gen 2.

I noticed the 2 tabs as well so we will wait til the 21st for the next tease.

I heard of a 850 motor coming out from a guy that is the machanice for Ross Martin before he got injured this year. I talked to him today, where he is back working while Ross is healing up.

It will be interesting when we see these changes to the PRO RMK implemented into the production sleds, '15? '16? never? Time will tell.

Just because they filed a patent for it does not by any means guarantee it will make it to production. Very cool link though; to get inside the heads of the engineers and what they are thinking in the midwest factories.

Looks like they are going forward with Adhesive Bonded Technologies on the trail sleds as well. The Rush style rear suspension with steel tubes glued to cast aluminum connectors (hopefully they solved the water intrusion issue that has caused them some grief with the '13 PRO RMK A-arms).

Possibly the use of the large hex glued drive shaft in chain case equipped models as well.

Peevo (Beer?) I see where you are coming from... which threw me off a bit at first.

Read [0189] in the patent description... It tells you that the drawings for reference are of "an existing" snowmobile... the new stuff is shown with some "existing" stuff from previous model year.

Look at the date of the patent filing... august of 2013. long after the patent for the 2013 QD, running boards and seat were filed the previous year.

Figure 55, 56 and 59 are huge departures from 2011-2014 in terms of ride height.... Look at point "690" in the drawing and just how low the rear skid front bolt arm mounts in the tunnel..almost on the running board!! Crazy lift !!
