Incredible video! Thanks for sharing. By the length of the shadows, it looks like first light in the morning after the big snow. We're envious. Once in awhile, we align our trips just right with Mother Nature. We had similar conditions once last year.

Rode the snowies yesterday (sucky!!!) and today. Today was ok. 12-14" on top of a rock hard ice layer. Made coming down hills very interesting.

Wish I did. But i don't. Looking at what I've seen around here and Laramie I would think the 14" on top of skate rink is the most accurate. Unless you know of some very high elevation bowls.

I was up saturday 6-8" on top of a rock hard icy crust pretry much everywhere.. Blowing 30ish, and snowing lightly all day.

Supposedly this was the snowies today.

It was bumper deep for sure but with the ice crust it was a ton of work to ride it. Out by deep lake was the best.

If anyone is riding the Snowies this weekend, there's two of us planning to be at Greenrock Saturday morning (weather permitting) and riding through Sunday. We have all the necessary gear and have ridden there many times before. Just looking for more people to ride with.
