Same as last year, but modded again.
This summer I did the following:
Float2 ski shocks removed & sold in favor of Raptor clicker shocks
2010 Mtn Tamer removed &sold in favor of a KMOD w/Raptors
Hood air brushed by a local 4m member
BOSS seat removed & sold
Trail Tank installed along with a 2012 Pro RMK seat.
order some SLP SLT skis & runners as another option to my Powder Pros

Last year I did all the upgrades I could before being able to afford the turbo.

Last year I had the airframes, hyperfaxes, skinz rear bumper, skinz front bumper, Outlaw Motorsports steering relocation kit, Mountain Addiction Track Rack, and the Roll Over Valve/Tether.

This years upgrades (So Far)

Clutching configuration recommended to me by Outlaw Motorports
Boost Gauge
AEM Air/Fuel Gauge
Antigravity Lithium Ion Battery
Roest Skid Plate
Hallman Pro Boost Controller

I still need to install a snorkel kit for the turbo intake, but for the most part I am ready for some snow now.

I have been running an 11 xp since new. It should be an 872 by weeks end. I also ordered a new snow flap. I might buy an R sticker
