I have a 2012 pro 800 163. Just woundering if anyone is changing there stock suspension setups. I came off a rev before, and I know that you can change the setup alot depending on what you wanted to do. Is that also possible for a pro suspension ??

what have you tried ??
what worked and what didn't ??

I had Holz add resis and re-valve before I rode it. Best suspension I have ridden to date. Used the settings they gave me. Im 6-6 270 so there was no way the factory set up was going to cut it.

Coming off a Rev you might be familiar with Toms Snowmobiles. He has awesome set ups for Pros now. Give him a call.

How big a boy are you?

I ride at 300lbs. I set up my suspension exactly to the directions in the manual. And then went to the stiffest limit published. It was decent in powder but any thing set up or a rough trail and it just wouldn't handle it. Plus I felt the front was way to stiff. I had the front springs backed off so much I lost a spring retainer.

So I bought Exit Shocks all the way around and can't wait to try it out.

sorry my bad ..... I am about 5'8'' and 175 pounds. just printed off the manual, so I will try some off those settings.
I have heard nothing but good about those shocks, interested to hear how they work out for ya :face-icon-small-hap
