2011 m8 or 2012 Pro RMK

Please elaborate all the things that have gone wrong. I have seen two people with a broken clutch and it didn't harm the motor. Likely a bad batch of clutches. Ironic that so many AC guys want those clutches for their AC's. There has not been any significant problems with the 800 CFI2 motor. I've only heard of one burn down. I've also heard of three eTec burn downs (which is not significant) and several AC Diamond Drive issues. The IQ 800 (CFI4) did have more issues and that motor needs to have some add-ons to insure durability.

I may have worded that wrong The clutch is the part that is breaking not the crank shaft so no it is not a motor issue.
 
The 2011 M8(compared to the 09) has a lower gearing ratio, lighter crank, better seat(if that even matters to you) and higher compression head(therefor rated for more HP).

Ya, I understand all that, as I've owned 5 m8's. That being said, an 09 M8 with an slp pipe/new seat isn't much different than a 2010-2011 in the hp/seating dept.
The OP says he can get an 11 for $13k (I understand thats North money) Seems like a waste of money when he already has the potential for the same sled.

Doesn't matter now, he bought the pro and that old M-chassis will soon be forgotten.

What XPand what M....lol...Yes getting the RMK Assault 155... i think a smarter move since i can get the 012 Assault for less than 011 or 012 Cat/Doo
