thought i'd check and see if anyone here rides an assault. i'd love to know if that 146 track is that much different than the dragon. is it costly to change to a 155? any issues with them?

Why indeed I do ride the 2010 assault. First thing is to figure out what your looking to use the sled for. Im a younger guy, no offense to anyone but im 22 full of piss and vinegar. I like to fool around on my sled and the assault is just enough mountain and just enough free style/race sled so its perfect for mostly everything.

Biggest issue is the track and its tunneling.... If its not a spring mushy snow day the track has some tunneling issues but stay on the gas it'll get through. Im not a huge hill climber as I come from the flats so I like to watch. I've tried it and have noticed the sled just doesn't grab like a longer deeper lugged sled. The power is def there but the short track has its limits...

So that's my two cents... its a good all around sled and very playful... it soaks up landings from fairly steep drop offs and has a ton of power. Did you find good deal on a 2010? cuz the 11's are looking sharp and weigh quite a bit less.... Any other questions drop me a line, best sled I've owned so far! Cheers
