I got a 05 800rmk has all new ignition parts runs good starts good but coming down on rpm it pops whats the proplem??

Last season I had a 90' Indy 500 backfire when I let off the throttle on the trail, changed jets from 190's to 210's and it was all good. I'm no expert, but check plugs and piston wash to make sure you're not too lean (search piston wash for more info). If you have run your jetting at the same temp & elevation previously without issue, maybe something is plugged up in the carbs.
