Been shipping springs all week so there should be some feed back comming soon from fellow snowesters. The Factory ford spring wont even pass the test that ford shows in there manuals when its brand new. This passes the 50-55lbs fuel pressure spec at WOT with fords test procedure.
This is a fuel reg spring so it controles the fuel pressure. All the unused fuel is heated and then pushed back to the tank via the return line. This is how the diesel fuel in the tank is heated to prevent geling in winter.
This spring will create 80 lbs at idle which more fuel pressure then stock and improves throttle response and HP. This also works in the 7.3 ford with the same spring. Put one in Dale Cutlers truck and he noticed the improved throttle response on his 7.3 right away.
