I'm putting a 2015 ts on my 03 525sx. I've been told my crank will spreed over a short time. What are some of your guys takes on the power plant?

Going on three winters with mine . But that being said rebuilt mine two summers ago an had crank trued up an welded as they do have a history of spreading with lots of high rpm

Thats what I'm looking for. Looks like I may take mine out and weld it. What gears are you running as for the trans? and on the ts kit?

Any of you guys try any gear changes? I got a 16 tooth counter shaft gear I'm going to change to to help speed it up. Also was thinking about running 14 or 15 tooth driver. you guys with four speed boxes play with gears at all?

First year I used the stock exc 6spd trans was way too gappy ,so when I rebuilt the motor I put a mxc trans in top speed not quite as fast but way more usable really happy with that change .have not played with mountian horse gears yet ,but would like too try too gear up some
