2.25 to a 2.5. Is it worth it???????

I have a 07 800 summit with a 162 powdermax and initially I wanted to go the 3 inch lug on it but I really can't afford to do a drop and roll so I was wondering if it was worth upgrading to the 2.5. Anyone's thought and opinions would be appreciated.

Have 2 07 revs. One with a 162x2.5 and one with a 174x2.5. They are well worth the money. My wifes 162 will beat a 09 xp with a 163 by quite a bit. It does have a slp kit in it,but it is also about 45 lbs. heavier. My 174 will beat the 162 by quite a bit. I do ride with some 3" tracks and they kick my butt.

not worth it save your money and do the drop and roll and put the 3 in on there

The 2.5 does make a difference but since you have a decent track already I would make it your last mod. I would put my money into the motor and send it off to Sled Head Racing.
