i got 2 or 3 inches at my house last night, i just started up my sled and rode it out in front of my house.

My dad called me this morning, he measured just under 6" back by the visitors center in ER, we only got about 4" or so in downtown ER.

so its kind of far out, but there's a huge system over the Aleutian chain coming our way, if my meteorology is right, I suspect it to hit us this weekend!! Its a big one, hopefully is stays strong!!!!!! I expect a snow dance from each person immediately after reading my post!!!

Winter storm watch for the Susitna valley. 8-16 inches forecast to start tomorrow. They are expecting snow fall at up to 2 inches per hour.
