Wondering if the painted tunnels and rails collect less snow? I was adjusting the track on my 2013 and all the painted suspension parts had lots of ice buildup. Pics comparing to prior years.

I did a write up last year comparing powder coating to bare aluminum
I compared two identical sleds. Mine having everything in the rear end coated, a buddies being bare. Both came out of a heated garage and did the exact same ride (+ or -) a few variances in lines
Mine came out in the end with about 15% of the snow load of the bare aluminum
As for polaris stock "painted" surfaces, if like to compare to p coat
