14 M8000 not holding RPM after 800 miles. Piston slop?

So when you take one stock secondary off and put another one on and it runs correctly...what do you guys think is the problem in the defective clutches?

Thanks,
Woody

Your primary spring regardless of which sled you ride will begin to get soft at around 500 miles causing erratic rpm. Dirty and worn clutch parts can cause the same......I have been testing my new hold over 2014 proclimb for the past few weeks belt deflection and clutch alignment are 2 issues needing addressed ....SLP makes a very slick deflection tool that works great....to address the alignment issue I'm going with Cutlers floating secondary.

What needs addressed is CAT, they are flat f ing thr elephant trying to make a monkey and coming out with a politician.

I've been dealing with clutch bs since I went to cat in 07, if it wasn't for the engine and dealer, I would be long gone. My wife got a xm, we'll see if I stay on a cat. Our maybe I'll by a pro and use the cat when the engine is getting replaced.

Last year I had the same problems, so I spent about 900 to fix it. To think cats are the most expensive sleds to.

Did you get to ride since you got the secondary machined? That helps with consistency quit a bit. I am going to put the 911 cover on our primaries this year too. Sucks we have to do this to our sleds but they all seem to have little issues that need correcting no matter what brand.

Not yet, Tom just sent them, but I rod the first 13 he did and was impressed back then.
I was just stubborn hoping cat would stand up and do something. This year I would rather it just worked
