11t updates

Got my sled back from the dealer tonight. . . . Updates done. Backed off the trailer and drove it into the garage. Noticed that it didn't seem to have the reverse "clunk". I never had to many issues with reverse last year though I did not use it as much as I wanted because I was slightly nervous about it. Other than that I didn't notice anything else. I also did not quiz him on what all the updates were.

You may ask him just for piece of mind if your jackshaft nut was tight and if he looked at your chain closely. These are two items I see a lot of issues with. If they have not been addressed.

This summer when I put the 156 on I tightened the chaincase(jackshaft nut) as it was loose. Also looked at my chain closely at that time. But yes these are good things to take a look at.

Can you explain what is all involved in the update? I should have asked the dealer. . . But does it have any bushings or spacers for the secondary on the 11t?

No secondary components at all just a new bolt in the TCL, rest was reverse and tightening skid bolts to spec. They changed some bolts around on the spar behind the primary by the belt guard that interfered with a rubber line. Fuel filter return elbow going back into tank from regulator. Thats everything that is in my kit.

What all did you have to do to put the 156" track on? Just tighten adjusters or go to 9" wheels? Is there anything else you need to do? I want to put the 156" 3" on my 09 TM8 for my boondocker.

On the proclimb all I did was tighten the adjusters. I still have about 3/4" that I can adjust more. I do not know if it would be the same on yours. My 156 is used as well so it should already be stretched so I am hoping I don't have any issues with it loosening up.

Idler wheel relocate?

Anyone know if there was a idler wheel relocate with the updates?
